Founded by Joy Naber, Ideal Wellness is supported by a growing team of skilled therapists who share a commitment to thoughtful, results-driven care.
Joy’s path into neuromuscular therapy began in 1995 following a car accident of her own. After limited success with physical therapy, she experienced significant relief through neuromuscular work, which shaped her approach to care and long-term recovery.
Today, Ideal Wellness offers a range of services including therapeutic and relaxing massage, PEMF, compression therapy, and red light therapy, all delivered with the same thoughtful, client-centered approach.
